Terms of Use

Hi, I’m Dariush Majidi. These Terms explain how you can use my mobile apps, including but not limited to Astrolabe and any other apps I release in the future (together called “Services”). By using any of my apps, you’re agreeing to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
1. Purchases
Some of my apps offer in-app purchases, such as upgrades or subscriptions.
All payments are processed securely through Apple’s App Store using StoreKit.
I do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card details, billing address, or other payment information — that’s handled entirely by Apple.
By making a purchase, you agree to Apple’s payment terms and policies.
2. Subscriptions
Some features (for example, Astrolabe Pro) are offered as a subscription.
Subscriptions may include a free trial.
After the trial, you’ll be charged the subscription rate shown in the app.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s account settings or in through Apple : https://reportaproblem.apple.com
Prices can change, but I’ll give you notice before any increase so you can cancel if you want.
3. Refunds
All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store. I do not handle billing or refunds directly. If you would like to request a refund, you will need to do so through Apple:

Refund eligibility and processing are determined by Apple’s policies.
4. Accuracy of Information
I try to keep my apps and content up to date, but I can’t guarantee everything is always 100% accurate or available. Features may change or be removed without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All original content, code, and design in my apps belong to me, Dariush Majidi, or my licensors. You can’t reuse or copy them without permission.
Astrolabe uses Google Maps and Street View in certain regions. These features are covered by Google’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
6. Links to Other Sites
My apps may link to other websites or services I don’t control. I’m not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please check their terms and policies.
7. Indemnity
If your use of my apps causes a legal claim against me, you agree to cover any costs or damages I face as a result.
8. Limitation of Liability
I’m not responsible for things like lost data, lost profits, or other indirect damages that result from using (or not being able to use) my apps.
9. Disclaimer
My apps are provided “as is” without any guarantees. I can’t promise they’ll work without interruption, be free from errors, or meet all your expectations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington, United States.
11. Changes
I may update these Terms from time to time. If you keep using my apps after changes are posted, that means you agree to the new terms.
